We remove the interior rearview mirror for replacement.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a slotted screwdriver, pry up the mirror bracket cover and remove it. The cover is held in place by two clips.
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the mirror.

Installation
The mirror is installed in reverse order.
