The vehicle is equipped with side direction indicator lamps of type A12-4-1 (T4W).
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Battery - Removal and Installation").
3. Having placed a cardboard gasket underneath, using a slotted screwdriver, carefully pry up the indicator housing on one side and press it away from the body, disengaging the retainer.
Similarly, we pry up the pointer from the opposite side and remove the second retainer.
4. Remove the turn signal from the wing.
5. Move the rubber cover.
6. To replace the lamp, remove the socket from the indicator housing.
7. After pressing it in and turning it counterclockwise, remove the lamp from the socket.
8. To replace the cartridge, disconnect the wire tips from it.
Installation
1. Before installation, treat the cartridge with penetrating lubricant and clean its contacts from dirt and oxides.
2. Installation of all removed parts is performed in reverse order.
