1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Battery - Removal and Installation").
3. Turn the headlight cover counterclockwise and remove it.
Replacing the low/high beam lamp
The car uses halogen low/high beam lamps of the AKG 12-60+55 (H4) type.
1. Disconnect the wiring harness from the lamp.
2. Release the spring clip from the grooves of the lamp socket.
Warning! When performing the following operation during installation, do not touch the glass bulb of the lamp with your hands to prevent it from becoming oily. Grease on the surface of the bulb will cause the lamp to overheat and fail prematurely.
3. Remove the lamp.
4. Install the new lamp in reverse order.
Replacing the parking light bulb
The vehicle is equipped with parking light bulbs of type A12-4-1 (T4W1).
1. Remove the lamp holder from the hole in the reflector.
2. After pushing it in and turning it counterclockwise, remove the lamp from the socket.
3. Install the new lamp in reverse order.
Replacing the turn signal lamp
The headlight unit of the car is equipped with turn signal lamps of type A12-21-3(P21W).
1. Turn the lamp holder counterclockwise and remove it together with the lamp.
2. After pushing it in and turning it counterclockwise, remove the lamp from the socket.
3. Install the new lamp in reverse order.
