Removal
1. Place the vehicle on an inspection pit or overpass (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Drain the liquid from the cooling system (see "Coolant - Checking Level and Replacing").
3. Remove the electric fan (see "Radiator Electric Fan - Removal and Installation").
4. After loosening the clamp, remove the supply hose from the upper radiator pipe.

5. Disconnect the connecting hose from the radiator filler neck (see "Expansion tank - replacement").
6. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the thermostat inlet pipe (see "Thermostat - replacement").
7. With a socket wrench by 10 mm unscrew the radiator mounting bolt on the left side.

8. Using the same tool, unscrew the bolt on the right side.

9. Remove the radiator from the car so as not to damage the aluminum core of the radiator.
10. If necessary, replace the rubber cushions.

If the radiator was not removed for replacement, it is recommended to wash it inside and outside with a stream of water before installation.

Installation
1. Install all removed parts in reverse order.
2. Fill the system with liquid (see "Coolant - Checking Level and Replacing").
