Removing
1. We prepare the car for operations (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. In the passenger compartment with a screwdriver, pry off the tip of the cable and remove it from the finger of the pedal lever "gas".
3. In the engine compartment, use thin pliers or a screwdriver to remove the spring retainer from the throttle drive sector.
4. Turn the sector counterclockwise and remove the tip of the cable from the groove of the sector.
5. We shift the protective cap from the tip of the cable.
6. Using two 13 mm wrenches, loosen the nuts securing the cable sheath to the bracket.
7. Completely unscrew the front nut securing the cable sheath and remove the cable from the slot of the bracket.
8. Remove the rubber bushing from the hole in the bulkhead of the engine compartment and remove the cable.
Installation
1. Installation of the cable is carried out in reverse order.
2. The drive is adjustable by changing the position of the threaded tip of the cable sheath in the bracket, unscrewing and tightening the cable fastening nuts.
We achieve that when the pedal is released or pressed all the way "gas" the throttle valve was, respectively, fully closed or fully open. When the damper is fully closed, the platform of the bracket A of the sector touches the adjusting screw B of the throttle body.
