If throttle actuator adjustment fails to achieve full throttle opening or closing, or if actuator sticks, replace throttle cable.
You will need: screwdriver, wrench «at 17».
1. Remove the safety bracket from the throttle drive sector.
2. Turn the throttle actuator sector, remove the cable tip from the sector groove and disconnect the cable from the throttle assembly.
3. Loosen the adjusting nut..
4.... slide the protective cap along the cable, unscrew the lock nut from the tip of the cable sheath..
5.... and remove the cable from the slot in the bracket.
6. In the car, slide the tip of the cable from the lever finger, prying it with a screwdriver, and remove the tip from the finger.
7. Pull the cable towards the engine compartment from the hole in the bulkhead.
8. Install a new throttle cable in the reverse order of removal. After installing the cable, adjust the drive (see «Throttle Actuator Adjustment» in subsection «Supply system»).
