1. Disconnect the wire from the "–" terminal of the battery.
2. Carefully pry up the lamp housing with a screwdriver.
3. Remove the three plastic clips from the headlining and remove the lamp.

4. Disconnect the two connectors with wires from the ceiling light terminals.

6. …and remove the holder with the socket and lamp from the housing.
7. To replace the lamp, turn it 90° and remove it from the socket.
8. Assemble and install the lampshade in the reverse order of removal. Install the holder with the socket into the housing so that the lower contact of the holder is installed on the sliding contact of the switch in the housing.
