Remove the front brake caliper (see Replacing the front brake caliper), without disconnecting the brake hose from it. We tie the caliper in a convenient place so that it does not hang on the hose.
Using a 12 mm spanner, unscrew the two guide wheels.

We remove the brake disc and the spacer ring.
We install the new brake disc in the reverse order of removal.
