We replace the filter according to the maintenance schedule after 30,000 km of vehicle mileage.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Release the pressure in the fuel system (see "Relieving pressure in the fuel system").
3. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Battery - Removal and Installation").
4. Key by 17 mm unscrew the fuel pipe fitting, holding the filter with a wrench by 19 mm.
Warning! A small amount of gasoline may leak out. Place a rag underneath.

5. Disconnect the tube from the filter.

Two sealing rings are installed in the connections of the tubes with the filter.

6. Similarly, disconnect the other tube from the filter.
7. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, loosen the filter mounting clamp clamp bolt and remove it.

Installation
1. The filter is installed in the reverse order. The arrow on the filter body should point towards the fuel rail.

2. Replace the rings that seal the filter connections to the fuel pipes.
3. With the engine running, check the tightness of the filter connections with the tubes. If the tightness is broken, tighten the tube fittings.
