Removing the front door lock
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Set the glass to the top position.
3. Remove the door trim (see "Front door upholstery - removal and installation").
4. With a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the rear glass guide from the end of the door.
5. We bring the guide down from the groove of the frame rack and take the guide to the side.
6. Squeezing the petals of the thrust holder with pliers, push it out of the hole in the inner door panel.
7. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the inner door handle.
8. We push the handle through the technological hole inside the door.
9. Using a slotted screwdriver, disconnect the rod from the lock levers A larvae and traction B lock buttons.
10. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the lock.
11. We take out the lock with the rod and the inner handle from the technological hole in the inner door panel.
12. Having removed the rubber retainer, disconnect the drive rod of the inner door handle from the lock lever.
Removing the outside handle of the front door
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Set the glass to the top position.
3. Remove the door trim (see "Front door upholstery - removal and installation").
4. Disconnect from the thrust lock levers A and B (see above "Removing the front door lock").
5. To access the nuts for fastening the outer handle of the door lock, unscrew the three screws for its fastening (see above, "Removing the front door lock").
6. socket wrench by 8 mm with an extension, unscrew the two nuts securing the outer handle of the door lock.
7. We remove the handle, removing it together with the rod from the outer panel of the door. A rubber gasket is installed between the handle and the door panel.
8. Remove the outer door handle seal.
9. Using a slotted screwdriver, disconnect the lock switch rod from the leash.
10. To replace the larva of the lock with a punch, we knock out the locking pin of the leash.
11. Remove the pin and remove the leash from the larva.
12. We remember the position of the spring and, prying it with a slotted screwdriver, remove it.
13. We take out the lock cylinder from the hole in the handle.
Installation
1. We clean from dirt and lubricate the rubbing surfaces with an aerosol or plastic lubricant.
2. Install all removed parts in reverse order.
