Front door glass drive: 1 - window lift handle; 2 - facing with a lock; 3 - socket; 4 - window lift mechanism; 5 - roller bracket; 6 - screw; 7 - cable pressure plate; 8 - bracket; 9 - glass; 10 - cable; 11 - lower roller; 12 - bolt; 13 - tension roller
Attention! If we are not removing the mechanism for replacement, then to prevent the cable from slipping off the drum guide grooves, we tie the two branches of the cable with wire in the place indicated by the arrows. Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the cable pressure plate, lower the glass by hand until it stops and unscrew the nut securing the front guide of the lowering glass (see "Front door glass - removal and installation").
3. With a socket wrench by 10 mm we loosen the tension roller mounting bolt, move it and remove the cable from the lower roller.

4. Remove the cable from the remaining two rollers.
5. With a socket or open-end wrench by 8 mm we unscrew the three nuts securing the window lift mechanism.

6. Unscrew the nut securing the front guide of the lowering glass and, having sunk the guide bracket, remove the window lift mechanism from the door.

Installation
1. Lubricate the cable with plastic grease.
2. Install the window lift mechanism in the reverse order. Before adjusting the cable tension, untie the wire securing the cable.
3. By moving the roller, we tighten the cable and check the smooth operation of the drive.
