Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Key by 10 mm loosen the terminal nut and remove the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
3. Similarly, remove the wire from the positive terminal.
4. Key by 10 mm we unscrew the two nuts of the battery mounting bar and remove the bar.
5. Remove the battery from the engine compartment.
Installation
1. Before installation, clean the battery surface from dirt with a rag and, if necessary, clean the battery terminals and the inner surfaces of the wire terminals from oxides (see "Battery pack - Maintenance").
Warning: The positive terminal of the battery has a larger diameter than the negative terminal. Reversing the polarity when connecting the battery will cause damage to the vehicle's electronic equipment.
2. Install the battery in the reverse order.
3. After installation, lubricate the terminals and battery leads with plastic grease.
