The third line in the plate - identification number - is deciphered as follows: the first three characters, according to international standards, indicate the manufacturer's code; the next six digits are the car model; letter of the Latin alphabet (or a number) - the model year of the vehicle; the last seven digits are the chassis number, for a passenger car corresponding to the body number.

The numbers in the columns indicate:
- E is the total permissible mass of the vehicle;
- F - permissible mass with a trailer;
- G - permissible load on the front axle;
- N - permissible load on the rear axle.
The bottom line shows the version and equipment.
The number for spare parts corresponds to the serial number of the car leaving the assembly line.
The engine model and number are stamped on the lug of the cylinder block to the left of the fuel pump.
The identification number is duplicated on the lower shelf of the air intake box and on the connector of the left rear wheel arch.
