Removing
1. We install the car on a viewing hole or overpass (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Drain the fluid from the hydraulic clutch (see "Clutch release hydraulic - fluid change and bleeding").
3. Use pliers to remove the cotter pin from the hole in the pusher of the working cylinder.
4. Remove the clutch release fork release spring with pliers.
5. Loosen the hose fitting with a 17 mm open-end wrench.
6. Using a 13 mm socket wrench, unscrew the two bolts securing the slave cylinder to the clutch housing, remove the pusher from the hole in the clutch release fork and remove the slave cylinder.
7. Remove the bolts from the cylinder and remove the return spring bracket.
8. Holding the tip of the brake hose with a 17 mm open-end wrench, unscrew the cylinder by hand.
Warning! There is an o-ring in the connection between the hose tip and the working cylinder, do not lose it.
Installation
1. Install the cylinder in reverse order.
If during installation the hydraulic drive hose is twisted, then loosen the fitting at the junction with the pipeline and turn the hose so as to avoid twisting.
2. Fill the liquid into the tank to the required level and pump the hydraulic drive (see "Clutch release hydraulic - fluid change and bleeding").
3. We adjust the gap between the pusher of the working cylinder and the fork (see "Clutch release hydraulic drive - check and adjustment").
