Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the trim of the luggage compartment door (see below, "Trunk door trim - removal and installation").
3. Disconnect the wiring blocks of the additional brake light.

Note: On early production vehicles, it is necessary to unscrew the nut securing the end of the ground wire of the additional brake light to the stud securing the luggage compartment door lock.
4. With a socket wrench by 10 mm we unscrew the two spoiler mounting nuts on the right side of the car.

5. Similarly, unscrew the two nuts on the left and remove the spoiler from the car.
Note: On early production cars, the spoiler has a different mounting design. There are only two nuts in the door cavity. On the sides, the spoiler is held by the outer edges of the door with two pressure plates. To remove such a spoiler, you need a key
loosen the two nuts securing the pressure plates by 10 mm, remove the plates, and then unscrew the two remaining nuts.
Installation
We install the spoiler in the reverse order.
