Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the oil level indicator from the guide tube (see "Engine oil - level check and change").
3. Loosen the crankcase ventilation hose clamps with pliers.
4. Disconnect the hoses from the pipes of the tube and breather.
5. socket wrench by 13 mm unscrew the nut securing the breather cap and remove the nut. A copper sealing washer is installed under the nut.
6. Remove the breather cover.
7. Remove the sealing gasket installed between the breather and the cylinder block.
8. Key by 13 mm unscrew the nut securing the oil separator stud. If it is not possible to unscrew the nut, we tighten two M8 nuts on the stud and unscrew the stud together with the nut.
9. Remove the oil separator from the cylinder block.
Installation
1. We wash the parts of the oil separator with kerosene. Check the condition of the gasket. We replace the cracked or lost elasticity gasket.
2. Install the removed parts in reverse order.
