We put the seals on the crosspiece pins and install the plastic plugs.

We put Fiol-2U or No.158 grease into the hinge bearings.
We insert the crosspiece pins into the fork holes.

Using a device and a suitable spacer, we press the bearing into the fork deeper than the groove for the retaining ring.
Install the retaining ring. On the other side of the fork, press in the second bearing until the first bearing rests against its retaining ring. Install the retaining ring of the second bearing.

After assembling the hinge, using light blows from a hammer through a screwdriver or punch, we "help" the retaining ring straighten out and fully enter the groove.

Using a set of feeler gauges, we measure the gap between the retaining ring and the bearing.
The gap size should be within 0.01–0.04 mm.
The retaining rings are available in five thicknesses, which differ in color: 1.50 mm - unpainted; 1.52 mm - dark brown; 1.56 mm - blue; 1.59 mm - black and 1.62 mm - yellow. We install rings of the required size in the crosspieces.
