head «at 13» unscrew the two nuts securing the gearbox cross member to the body. In this case, the back of the box, together with the clutch, will drop a little.
Two keys «at 19» unscrew the three self-locking nuts of the coupling bolts.
If the coupling is not damaged, then before removing it, we tighten it along the radius with a special mounting clamp. You can do without a clamp by tightly wrapping several layers of adhesive tape around the coupling.
We turn the gearbox shaft and with a beard we alternately knock out the clutch mounting bolts.
Attention! The bolts can be removed and inserted in only one place - just above the speedometer drive housing.
Remove the flexible coupling together with the flange. Having unscrewed three nuts, we disconnect the coupling from the centering flange.
New couplings go on sale tightened with a mounting collar. We install the coupling on the centering flange without removing the clamp.
Alternately insert three bolts into the gearbox flange.
We install the coupling and tighten the bolts, while the spikes of the flanges must enter the grooves of the coupling. Remove the mounting clamp. We install the cardan transmission according to pre-applied marks (see Replacing the driveline).
