Replacing the clutch master cylinder (VAZ-21061)

Using a rubber bulb, we remove fluid from the clutch hydraulic drive reservoir.

Having loosened the band clamp, we remove the hose from the cylinder fitting.

Using a 13 mm wrench, unscrew the pipeline fitting.

Using a 13 mm head, unscrew the two nuts securing the cylinder to the pedal bracket studs,...

...we remove it from the studs.



We install the clutch master cylinder in the reverse order of removal.

Pour liquid into the reservoir and bleed the clutch hydraulic drive (see Replacing fluid and bleeding the clutch hydraulic drive).
