Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Drain the coolant (see "Coolant - replacement").
3. Remove the instrument panel (see "Instrument panel - removal and installation").
4. Disconnect the two heater radiator hoses from the tap (see "Heater tap - removal and installation").
5. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw that secures the lower throttle rod.
6. Using a screwdriver, pry up and disconnect the upper damper rod mount from the housing.
7. Move the rod to the side.
8. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the radiator.
9. Remove the radiator from the heater housing.
10. If necessary, loosen the fastening clamps and remove the inlet and outlet hoses from the radiator pipes.
Installation
1. Rinse the inside of the radiator with a stream of water.
2. Replace the damaged foam seal.
3. Install the radiator in reverse order.
