Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Pull it up sharply to remove the headrest.

3. Move the seat forward until it stops.
4. With a socket wrench by 8 mm we unscrew the two rear bolts securing the seat runners.

Warning! Be careful when removing the torsion bars - they are in a twisted state and, when straightened, can cause injury.
5. Using a long slotted screwdriver, pry up and remove the end of the upper torsion bar from its seat.

6. Disengage the second end of the upper torsion bar and remove the torsion bar.

Note: The right and left torsion bars are not interchangeable, mark them to avoid confusion during installation.
7. Remove the lower torsion bar in the same way.
8. Key by 13 mm we unscrew the four nuts securing the brackets.

9. Remove the brackets.

10. Move the seat back.
11. With a socket wrench by 8 mm we unscrew the two bolts of the front seat runner mounting.

12. Remove the seat from the passenger compartment.

Installation
1. Install the seat in reverse order.
2. We install torsion bars only in the position when the seat is moved forward as far as possible.
