Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for work and disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Open the cover of the mounting block (see above, "Mounting block - replacing fuses and relays").
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the mounting block.
4. With a socket wrench by 10 mm we unscrew the two nuts securing the mounting block.
5. Lift the block and disconnect the four engine compartment wiring harnesses from the block...
...and five pads of interior wiring harnesses.
5. Remove the mounting block.
Installation
We install the mounting block in the reverse order, while connecting the red block to the terminal socket marked with a red mark.
