Steering column switches (VAZ-2104)

The steering column paddle shifters are mounted on the steering column. On the left side of the steering column are the turn signal switch A and headlight switch B levers, and on the right side is the windshield wiper and washer switch C lever.



Positions of the steering column turn signal switch A:

0 - direction indicators are off;

I - right turn signals are on;

II - left turn signals are on.

Positions of the steering column switch for the headlights with the third fixed position of the exterior lighting switch B. The key in the ignition switch is in position "Ignition" or "Parking":

0 - exterior lighting and low beam headlights are on;

I - exterior lighting and high beam headlights are on;

II - high beam headlights are on (non-fixed position).

0 - windshield wiper is off;

I - the windshield wiper operates in intermittent mode;

II - the windshield wiper operates continuously;

III - the windshield washer is turned on, and when the headlights are on, the windshield wipers and headlight washers are turned on simultaneously.
