Governing bodies

- 1 – Windscreen wiper and washer switch lever;
- 2 – Sound signal switch;
- 3 – direction indicator switch lever;
- 4 – headlight switch lever;
- 5 – side nozzles of the ventilation and heating system of the passenger compartment;
- 6 – Instrument lighting switch. Rotating the handle, with the external lighting on, turns on the instrument lighting and adjusts its brightness;
- 7 – engine hood lock drive lever;
- 8 – headlight corrector. By rotating the handle, depending on the vehicle load, the angle of the headlight beam is adjusted so that oncoming drivers are not blinded by the low beam;
- 9 – ignition switch;
- 10 – clutch pedal;
- 11 – socket for connecting a portable lamp;
- 12 – brake pedal;
- 13 – Hazard warning light switch. When you press the button, the flashing light of all direction indicators and the indicator lamp in the button itself turns on. The hazard warning light turns off when you press the button again;
- 14 – accelerator pedal;
- 15 – Carburetor air damper control handle. Serves to start a cold engine. When the handle is pulled out, the carburetor air damper is closed; when the handle is recessed, it is open;
- 16 – gear shift lever. The gear shift diagram is shown on the handle of the lever;
- 17 – Parking brake lever. By moving the lever up, the brake shoes of the rear wheels are activated. To return the lever to its original position, press the button on the end of the lever handle. In case of emergency, the parking brake can be used while the car is moving to slow down or used simultaneously with the service brakes;
- 18 – cigarette lighter. To use, press the button on the socket, which remains in the recessed position. After about 15 seconds, it automatically returns to its original position, ready for use. When the exterior lighting switch and the instrument lighting switch are on, a special lamp illuminates the cigarette lighter socket;
- 19 – decorative cover of the radio socket;
- 20 – Ashtray. To use the ashtray, pull it towards you by the flange. To clean the ashtray, remove it by pressing on the cigarette extinguishing plate;
- 21 – storage shelf;
- 22 – Glove box. To open the glove box, turn the handle of the lock clockwise. If the key in the ignition switch is in position I or III, the inside of the box is illuminated by a lamp. When the lid is closed, the lamp goes out;
- 23 – control unit for ventilation and heating system of the passenger compartment;
- 24 – plug. In the variant version, a switch for the rear window wiper and washer is installed instead of the plug. When the shoulder of the button is pressed to a fixed position, the windshield wiper is turned on. When the shoulder of the button is pressed again, the washer is additionally turned on (non-fixed position), and when the load is removed, the washer turns off;
- 25 – instrument panel
In the variant version, the instrument panel shown in the figure is installed on the car.

- 17 – Key switch panel. The panel has the following switches:
- external lighting switch key (see pos. 1 fig. Instrument panel);
- rear window heating switch key (see pos. 8, Fig. Instrument panel);
- rear fog light switch button (see pos. 18 fig. Instrument panel);
- heater electric fan switch key (see pos. 10 fig. Instrument panel);
- 18 – parking brake lever (see pos. 17 fig. Controls);
- 19 – Seat belt warning light (see subsection 3.2.3);
- 20 – backup control lamp. On a vehicle with a fuel injection system, the "CHECK ENGINE" control lamp is connected (check the engine);
- 21 – gear shift lever;
- 22 – hours. By rotating the extended or recessed transfer handle (depending on the type of watch) the clock is being switched;
- 23 – cigarette lighter (see pos. 18 fig. Controls);
- 24 – indicator lamp for rear window heating (see subsection 3.2.3);
- 25 – brake fluid level indicator lamp (see subsection 3.2.3);
- 26 – Ashtray. To use the ashtray, pull it towards you by the flange;
- 27 – storage box (see pos. 22 fig. Governing bodies);
- 28 – storage shelf;
- 30 – carburetor air damper control handle (see pos. 15 fig. Controls);
- 31 – plug;
- 32 – ventilation and heating control unit;
