Rotor roller - removal
1. Remove the distributor (see above, "Ignition distributor - removal and installation").
2. We clean the outer surface of the distributor from dirt with a rag.
3. With a drift, we knock out the spring pin for securing the oil flinger by a few millimeters.
4. Use pliers to remove the pin from the oil flinger ring.
5. Remove the ring with the washer from the roller and remove the roller from the distributor housing.
Capacitor - removal
1. Key by 7 mm we loosen the nut of the fork-shaped tip of the capacitor wire and take the tip aside.
2. Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the screw securing the capacitor and remove it.
Vacuum regulator - removal
1. Use a slotted screwdriver to shift the lock washer from the axis of the regulator rod.
2. Using the same tool, unscrew the two screws securing the regulator to the case.
3. Disconnect the regulator from the distributor housing.
Contact group - withdrawal
1. With a slotted screwdriver, we hold the screw from turning, with a key by 7 mm unscrew the two nuts of its fastening.
2. We take out the screw with an insulating sleeve from the distributor housing and remove the tip of the wire of the contact group from it.
3. Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the contact group to the movable plate (see "The angle of the closed state of the breaker contacts - check and adjustment").
4. Remove the contact group.
Movable breaker plate - removal
1. Remove the rotor roller from the distributor housing (see above) and disconnect the contact group from the movable plate (see above).
2. Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the screws securing the two retaining plates of the movable breaker plate to the body. One of the screws also fastens the tip "mass" wires.
3. We remove the movable plate with the bearing from the distributor housing.
The bearing should rotate smoothly without binding. Otherwise, we replace it.
Assembly
The distributor is assembled in the reverse order.
