The gear ratio of the drive depends on the gear ratio of the transmission. On a car equipped with a gearbox with a gear ratio of 3.9, a speedometer drive is installed - 2106-1702150 (marked with blue paint), and with gear ratios of 4.1 and 4.3 - 2103-1702150 (from 4.1 it is marked with red paint, and from 4.3 it is not marked).
Removal
1. Place the vehicle on an inspection pit or overpass (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Disconnect the cross member of the rear support of the power unit from the body (see "Powertrain Mounts - Replacement").
3. After loosening the nut with a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the nut and disconnect the flexible shaft of the speedometer.

4. Key by 10 mm unscrew the speedometer drive mounting nut.

5. Pressing the gearbox, we remove the speedometer drive, disengaging the gear on its shaft from engagement with the gear on the secondary shaft of the gearbox.

Installation
Installation of all removed parts is carried out in reverse order.
Attention! When connecting the flexible speedometer shaft to the drive, its tail must fit into the hole in the end of the drive shaft.
