To complete the job you will need an impact screwdriver.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a Phillips-head impact screwdriver, loosen the two screws securing the outer part of the lock.

3. To prevent the inner part of the lock from falling inside the door, unscrew the top screw and screw in a 7-10 cm long M8 stud instead.

4. Unscrew the second screw and remove the outer part of the lock.

Installation
1. Install the new outer part of the lock and tighten the screw that secures it, placing lock washers under the screws.
2. Unscrew the pin and tighten the second screw securing the lock part.
3. Tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
4. Lubricate the outer part of the lock with any plastic lubricant.
