Warning! When removing the door upholstery, there is a high probability of breakage of its plastic holders, so stock up on a sufficient number of new holders before starting work.
Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the inner lining of the outside rear-view mirror (see "External rear-view mirror - replacement of the reflective element, removal and installation").
3. Using a slotted screwdriver, unscrew the three fastening screws and slightly remove the upholstery pocket.
4. Having pressed the latches, disconnect the two pads of the wiring harness from the power window control keys.
5. Remove the upholstery pocket.
6. If a speaker is installed in the door, remove it by unscrewing the four self-tapping screws of its fastening.
7. Prying with a screwdriver, remove the lining of the inner handle of the door lock.
8. We pry with a slotted screwdriver and remove the door handle trim.
9. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the handle and remove it.
10. Phillips screwdriver (or hand) unscrew the door lock button.
11. With a puller or a slotted screwdriver, inserting them between the upholstery and the door, alternately remove the six upholstery holders from the door openings (the location of the holders is shown on the removed upholstery).
12. Remove the upholstery from the door.
Installation
We install the upholstery in the reverse order, replacing the damaged holders with new ones.
