Removal and installation the front door trim and side panels (VAZ-1111)

To remove the door trim, press the socket off the window lifter handle, disengage the trim from the handle and remove the handle from the window lifter shaft. Using a screwdriver, remove the trim from the inner door handle, unscrew the two screws securing the handle bracket to the door panel and remove the handle together with the bracket. Unscrew the fastening screws and remove the armrest handle. Unscrew the door lock button. Overcoming the resistance of the spring holders (12 pcs.) along the perimeter of the trim, remove the trim.

Install the upholstery in reverse order. Before installation, check the condition of the holders.

To remove the front side panel trim, use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the two rubber holders at the rear edge and the wire holder at the front of the trim.

The side panel trims are removed using a screwdriver, overcoming the resistance of the plastic holders in the holes of the inner side panel. Install in the reverse order.
