To carry out the work you will need an inspection pit or overpass.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. With a socket wrench by 13 mm we unscrew the two bolts of the movable hinge and remove the metal-graphite ring (see "Metal-graphite sealing ring - replacement").
3. With a spanner by 17 mm we unscrew the nuts of the two bolts securing the neutralizer to the flange of the additional muffler, holding the bolts with a wrench of the same size (see above, "Additional muffler - replacement").
4. Remove the neutralizer.
Installation
We install the catalytic converter in the reverse order.
