We replace the cylinder head cover gasket if there is an oil leak.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. On carburetor engine remove the air filter (see "Air filter housing - removal and installation").
3. Disconnect the air damper drive cable from the carburetor (see "Carburetor cover - removal and disassembly") and the throttle actuator rod end (see "Carburetor - removal and installation").
4. Disconnect the longitudinal rod of the carburetor throttle drive from the lever.

5. Remove the carburetor fuel hose from the bracket.

6. On in injection engine disconnect the air supply hose from the throttle body (see "Throttle body - removal and installation") and vacuum hose A from the receiver (see "Receiver - removal and installation").
With a socket wrench by 10 mm unscrew the bolt securing the passage to the cylinder head cover and move the sleeve with the hoses to the side B and IN.

We remove the fuel filter from the bracket without disconnecting the fuel pipes (see "Fuel filter - replacement").
7. Key by 10 mm we unscrew the eight nuts securing the cover and remove the special washers.

8. Release the wiring harness, headlight hydraulic corrector tube, brake booster and crankcase gas outlet hoses from the holder.

9. Remove the cylinder head cover from the studs.

10. Remove the cover gasket.

Installation
Installation of all removed parts is carried out in reverse order.

Tighten the cylinder head cover mounting nuts according to the diagram to a torque of 6-7 Nm (0.6-0.7 kgf.m).
