You will need: a screwdriver, pliers, 13 and 17 mm wrenches.

1. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the exhaust hose 3, the hoses of the second 2 and first 1 circuits of the engine crankcase ventilation system from the fittings of the cover.

2. Turn the throttle drive sector to the stop and disconnect the throttle drive rod from it (see "Replacing the throttle cable").

3. Remove the two bolts securing the accelerator cable bracket to the receiver…

4. …and move the bracket to the side without disconnecting the cable from it.

5. Unscrew the two nuts securing the cylinder head cover.

6. Remove the washers…

7. …rubber sealing bushings…

8. …and remove the cylinder head cover.

9. Remove the cover gasket.

10. Remove the two bolts securing the oil separator housing.

11. Remove the housing..

12. …and the oil separator screens. Wash the oil separator screens, the oil separator housing and the cylinder head cover with gasoline.

13. Rotate the meshes in the bag so that they are oriented in the same way and place the bag in the lid so that on one side it rests against the protrusions in the lid, and on the other side…

…the hole for the oil separator housing mounting bolt was visible. Install the oil separator housing and tighten its mounting bolts
14. Install a new gasket, new sealing bushings and cylinder head cover in the reverse order of removal, tighten the cover mounting nuts to the recommended torque moment.
