Removal
Warning: When removing the cover, the plastic holders will most likely break, so before starting the operation, stock up on a sufficient number of new holders.
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see "Rear door trim - removal and installation").
3. Using narrow-nosed pliers, squeeze the tabs of the four plastic holders and press them into the holes (see "Front fender trim - removal and installation").
4. Remove the trim from the door.
Installation
We install the cover in the reverse order, replacing the damaged plastic holders with new ones.
