Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see "Rear door trim - removal and installation").
3. Lower the glass down until the bolts securing the glass to the window regulator appear in the door amplifier window.
4. With a socket wrench by 10 mm we unscrew the two bolts that secure the glass to the window lift mechanism.
5. Lift the glass up and secure it with a slotted screwdriver.
6. Key by 8 mm unscrew the three nuts securing the window lifter drive mechanism (1) and use a wrench by 10 mm unscrew the three nuts securing the window lift mechanism guide (2).
7. Remove the window lift mechanism from the door.
Installation
We install the window lift mechanism in the reverse order.
