An assistant will be needed to complete the job.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see "Door trim - removal and installation").
3. With a socket wrench by 10 mm we unscrew the two bolts securing the door opening limiter.

4. Remove the limiter through the window in the door amplifier.

5. Disconnect the wiring harness blocks of the central lock switch (see "Door lock - removal, installation and adjustment") and the window lift motor-reducer (see "Window lifter - removal and installation").
6. Using your hand, disconnect the protective corrugated cover of the wiring harness from the door.

7. Remove the wiring harness from the door.

8. Using a hammer and a punch, knock out the door opening limiter pin upwards.

9. The assistant holds the door from falling. With a socket wrench by 13 mm we unscrew the two bolts securing the door hinges to the body pillar.

10. Remove the door from the car.
Installation
Warning! Before installing the limiter, an assistant must hold the door, preventing it from opening until it hits other parts of the body.
1. Install the door and tighten the bolts that secure it (without tightening them).
(The text is copied from the online resource VAZbook.ru)
2. Install the limiter.
3. If there is a lock on the door, remove the lock retainer (see "Door lock - removal, installation and adjustment").
4. Close the door and make sure that it is correctly positioned in the opening and that the gaps around its perimeter are uniform.
5. If everything is in order, tighten the hinge mounting bolts, install the lock retainer and assemble the door.
Note: The design of the hinges does not provide for adjustment of the door position, so if the door is crooked in the opening, contact a service station (welding or sheet metal work may be required).
