Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see "Door upholstery - removal and installation").
3. socket wrench by 10 mm unscrew the two bolts securing the door opening limiter.
4. We take out the limiter through the window in the door amplifier.
5. Disconnect the wiring harness pads of the central locking switch (see "Door lock - removal, installation and adjustment") and power window gear motor (see "Window regulator - removal and installation").
6. Disconnect the protective corrugated cover of the wiring harness from the door by hand.
7. Remove the wiring harness from the door.
8. With a hammer, through the beard, we knock out the finger of the door opening limiter.
9. The assistant keeps the door from falling. socket wrench by 13 mm unscrew the two bolts securing the door hinges to the body pillar.
10. Remove the door from the car.
Installation
Warning! Before installing the limiter, the assistant must hold the door, not allowing it to open all the way into other parts of the body.
1. We install the door and wrap the bolts of its fastening (without tightening them).
2. Install the limiter.
3. If there is a lock on the door, remove the lock latch (see "Door lock - removal, installation and adjustment").
4. We close the door and make sure that its position in the opening is correct and the gaps are uniform along its perimeter.
5. If everything is in order, tighten the hinge bolts, install the lock retainer and assemble the door.
Note: Adjustment of the position of the door by the design of the hinges is not provided, so if the door in the opening is crooked, contact the service station (may require welding or tin work).
