Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see above, "Rear door trim - removal and installation").
3. Inside the door, using a screwdriver, disconnect the end of the outer handle rod from the lock (for clarity, shown on a removed lock).

4. With a socket wrench by 8 mm we unscrew the two nuts securing the outer handle.

5. Remove the outer handle of the lock from the door.

6. Remove the rubber gaskets installed between the handle and the door.
Installation
1. Install the handle in the reverse order, replacing damaged or lost elasticity gaskets and lubricating the handle mechanism with technical petroleum jelly.
2. After installing the handle, check the operation of the lock. If the handle trigger stroke is not enough to unlock the lock or the lock does not close, adjust the length of the rod. By unscrewing or screwing the polyethylene tip of the rod, lengthen or shorten the rod.
