1. Remove the spoiler (see "Removal and installation a spoiler on cars with a sedan body").
2. Disconnect the wiring harness from the right interior light.
3. Similarly, disconnect the wiring harness from the left interior light.
4. Disconnect the plastic clamp securing the wires of the right interior light to the inner panel of the trunk lid.
5. Similarly, disconnect the clamp securing the wires of the left interior light.
6. Remove the rubber plug and remove the wiring harness from the hole in the trunk lid.
7. Holding the trunk lid, unscrew the two bolts securing the right and left hinges to the trunk lid and remove the lid.
8. Install the trunk lid in the reverse order of removal. Check the reliability of the locking and smooth opening of the trunk lid lock. If necessary, adjust the position of the trunk lid relative to the body hinges.
