You will need a screwdriver.
1. Disconnect the wire from the "–" terminal of the battery.
2. Drain the coolant from the engine cooling system with the heater valve fully open (see "Replacing the coolant").
3. Remove the instrument panel (see "Removal and installation the instrument panel").
4. On the right side of the heater, unscrew the screw securing the clamp of the glass heating flap rod.
5. Remove the three radiator mounting screws.

6. Remove the radiator from the heater housing.

7. Loosen the clamps and disconnect both hoses from the heater tap pipes from inside the passenger compartment under the instrument panel.

8. Loosen the hose clamps and remove them from the radiator pipes.

9. If the radiator is very dirty, clean it with a hair brush. Replace the leaking radiator.
10. Install the heater radiator in the reverse order of removal.
