1. Unscrew the two nuts and remove the clamp.

2. Disconnect the muffler inlet pipe and the resonator pipe by removing the sealing ring.

3. Loosen the nuts of the clamp mounting bolts, remove the bolts and remove the clamp. Disconnect the resonator pipe from the muffler pipe, removing the sealing ring.

4. Lift the resonator, disconnect the two suspension cushions from its brackets and remove the resonator (see "Replacing the exhaust system suspension cushions").
Note: Inspect the rubber cushions of the muffler and resonator suspension. Replace any that are torn, cracked or have lost elasticity.
5. Install the resonator in the reverse order of removal.
