Note: Inspect the rubber cushions of the muffler and resonator suspension. Torn, cracked or loose cushions should be replaced.
1. Unscrew the two nuts and remove the clamp.
2. Disconnect the muffler inlet pipe and the resonator pipe, removing the sealing ring.
3. Loosen the clamp mounting bolts and remove it. Disconnect the resonator pipe from the muffler pipe, removing the sealing ring.

4. Lift the resonator, disconnect the two suspension cushions from its brackets and remove the resonator (see note).
5. Install the resonator in the reverse order of removal.
