Windshield washer jet
1 – sprayer; 2 – screw; 3 – bushing; 4 – jet body with fitting
1. If the jets are clogged, remove and disassemble them.
2. From the air intake box side of the body, lightly squeeze the plastic sleeve 3, and from above, hooking it with a screwdriver and overcoming the resistance, remove the jet assembly with the sleeve.
3. Unscrew screw 2, thoroughly clean all parts and blow out the cavity of housing 4 and sprayer 1 with compressed air.
4. After assembly, insert bushing 3 into the body opening. Then sharply insert the jet into bushing 3 so that body 4 fits into the edges of the bushing with a groove.
5. Connect the tubes and check the operation of the jet.
6. Adjust the direction of the liquid stream by turning the body 4 in the sleeve 3 or by turning the sprayer 1 while loosening the screw 2.
