Note: You can check the serviceability of the windshield washer pump by applying 12 V voltage directly from the battery to its terminals. A faulty pump must be replaced.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
Tip: If there is a lot of antifreeze in the tank, then in order to save money, you can remove the washer tank and, without removing the electric pump from it, pour the liquid into a canister.
2. We disconnect two wire blocks from the electric pump (after marking the block connected to the "+" terminal; it is usually white) and an elastic tube.

3. Using a screwdriver, remove the electric pump from the hole in the tank.

4. Check the condition of the rubber seal installed in the tank opening. If replacement is necessary, remove the seal and install a new one.
We remove the rear window washer electric pump in the same way.
Installation
We install the windshield washer electric pump in the reverse order.
