Note: The gravity valve is installed behind the rear bumper on the right side. For clarity, the operation is shown with the bumper removed.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp securing the plastic tube of the gravity valve and disconnect the tube from the valve.
Tip: When the ambient temperature is low, it is difficult to remove the ends of the tubes from the valve nozzles. Therefore, before disconnecting the tubes, warm them up (pour boiling water over it or gently heat it with a hair dryer).
3. Key by 10 mm we unscrew the two valve mounting nuts.
4. Remove the valve.
5. Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp securing the plastic tube of the gravity valve and disconnect the tube from the valve.
Installation
We install the valve in the reverse order.
