Replacing the engine oil level sensor (VAZ-2115)

You will need a 10 mm wrench.

1. Place the vehicle on an inspection pit or lift.

2. Disconnect the wire from the "–" terminal of the battery.

3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the oil pressure sensor.



4. Unscrew the bolt securing the sensor to the cylinder block…



5. …and remove the sensor from the hole in the block.



6. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.
