Adjusting the position of the front seats
The backrest tilt is adjusted by turning the handle at the base of the backrest.
To adjust the front seats in the longitudinal direction, pull up the locking lever located at the bottom of the front seats and move the seat on the runners to a comfortable position. After installing the seat, lower the lever and move the seat forward and backward until it is securely locked.
Note: The position of the rear seat is not adjustable, however, on VAZ-2114 and BA3-2113 vehicles, it is possible to fold it out to increase the useful area of the trunk.
Warning! Adjust the driver's seat only when the vehicle is stationary. If you try to adjust the seat while driving and the seat is not firmly locked in the longitudinal direction and it moves unexpectedly, you may lose control of the vehicle.
To change the position of the headrest, move it up or down, overcoming the force of the locks. The optimal position of the headrest is when its upper edge is level with the top of the head.
Note: For very tall people, raise the headrest to the highest position; for very short people, lower it to the lowest position.
