Window lifters
The electric front door windows are controlled by three-position switches located on the front door trim pockets. There are two switches on the driver's door: the rear one controls the driver's door window, and the front one controls the passenger's door window. There is only one switch on the passenger's door.
By pressing the concave or convex part of the switch key, the glass is raised or lowered to the desired height. After releasing the key, it is set in the middle position and the glass stops at the selected height.

Power windows are potentially dangerous if not used correctly. The driver is responsible for the safety of passengers, so be sure to explain to passengers how to use them correctly and warn them of the potential danger.
When closing power windows, fingers and other body parts may become pinched, which may result in serious injury. Therefore, be careful when using power windows, especially if there are children in the car. If you become pinched by the glass, immediately stop raising it and switch it to lowering. Do not stick your hands or other body parts out of open windows, and make sure that passengers do not do this. Do not allow children to operate power window switches.
When leaving the car, be sure to remove the key from the ignition to disable the power windows and avoid accidental injury to passengers remaining in the car.

The rear doors are equipped with handles that, when turned clockwise or counterclockwise, raise or lower the window, respectively.
Warning! Rear door windows (cars VAZ-2114, VAZ-2115) due to the design feature, the doors do not go down completely. Trying to lower them below the limit position will result in the window handle breaking.
