You will need a screwdriver.
1. Disconnect the wire from the "–" terminal of the battery.
2. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the mass air flow sensor.

3. Loosen the clamp securing the air supply pipe to the mass air flow sensor housing and remove the pipe.

4. Press the rubber mount heads out of the holes in the body and remove the air filter.

5. If it is necessary to replace the filter, remove the mass air flow sensor from it by unscrewing the two mounting bolts.
6. Replace torn or loose rubber filter supports. Cut off old supports with a knife.

7. Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Fix the rubber supports in the holes, straightening their edges with a screwdriver.
