To complete the job, you will need an assistant, as well as a TORX-30 key and an impact screwdriver.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for operations (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a punch, knock the door opening limiter pin out of the body hinges and remove the pin with pliers.
3. Using an impact screwdriver, loosen the five screws securing the door hinges.
4. Holding the door, finally unscrew the screws holding it and remove it.
Installation
1. Install the door in the reverse order, focusing on the unpainted areas of the front body pillar.
2. Adjust the position of the door in the body opening so that the gaps around the perimeter of the door are uniform.
3. If necessary, adjust the position of the door lock by loosening the three locking screws with a TORX-30 key. By moving the lock, we achieve a tight closure of the door with uniform gaps around the perimeter. Tighten the screws.
