Removal
1. Place the vehicle on an inspection pit or overpass (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. With a socket wrench on 8 mm unscrew the four screws A of the side mount, four screws B of the front mount and four bolts B of the rear mount of the mudguard.
3. Remove the mudguard.
4. On a car with an injection engine, an additional shield is also installed. It is secured at the front with bolts for the main shield, and at the rear with two self-tapping screws.
To remove it, use a socket wrench on 8 mm we unscrew the four bolts of the general fastening of the shields.
5. Using the same tool, unscrew the two screws of the rear shield mount.
6. Remove the additional mudguard.
Installation
Installation of the shields is carried out in the reverse order.
