Windshield Washer Reservoir — Refilling Fluid Level (VAZ-2104)

The windshield washer reservoir on a car with a carburetor engine is located in the engine compartment on the left side (on a car with an injection engine - on the right side) and is fixed to the mudguard bracket.

In addition, a tank for the windshield washer of the luggage compartment door is installed on the right side of the luggage compartment. The neck of the tank is located in the luggage compartment.

Sequence of execution

1. To refill the fluid, unscrew the tank cap and add special washer fluid (see "Applications").

Attention! To avoid ice blocking the fluid supply pipes to the washer nozzles in the cold season, we do not recommend diluting the washer fluid with water.

There is a filter installed under the tank lid; if it gets dirty, it must be removed and washed with a stream of water.



We install the filter into the tank and screw on the lid.
